I am an artist who has photographed around the world. I have had photography exhibitions home and abroad. My education includes a B.A (Hons) in Photography, an M.A in Fine Art and a PGCE. I have worked at various Colleges and Universities. I have given talks and workshops on my photographic practice. Recently I have been involved with the 2014 Guernsey Photographic Festival. Furthermore I will be exhibiting in the 2016 Guernsey Photographic Festival, with the project called The Equaliser.
One of my greatest achievements was to be announced the over all winner of The Guardians Britain Is Competition. With the photograph, The Western Ranger. The aim of the Competition was to discover the defining image of Britain today.
In 2015 my photograph Lilly was exhibited with the Portrait Salon in London. This year I was chosen to be one of the main Artist in Residence for the Photo-Canopy (Lens on the National Forest.)
I am motivated to work creatively and professionally to capture the world through the lens of a camera. While working commercially with clients I feel it is important to build a strong professional relationship, so the expectations are exceeded in regards to both quality and originality.
